Graphic Novels & Comics
Graphic storytelling is at the heart of my authorial practice. My long-form work develops complete, self-contained visual worlds, allowing narratives to unfold through character, atmosphere, place, and time. My short-form comics move between the political, the philosophical, and the poetic, often beginning with an idea, question, image, or fragment rather than a conventional narrative.
The two forms give me different kinds of freedom: the long form allows me to inhabit and develop a world in depth; the short form allows me to test an idea, follow an association, or work closer to poetry.
